Before sending a support request, verify that your miner is pointed at the correct endpoint, your wallet format is valid, and your worker name follows the expected `wallet.worker` format. Also check whether the pool page already shows the miner information you are expecting.
If your miner reports repeated timeouts or zero hashrate, confirm that the stratum host resolves correctly and that your local firewall or router is not blocking the connection.
