What payout model does Versapool use for Zano?
The current Zano pool uses a proportional reward model. Rewards are distributed based on contributed valid shares in the round.
What does TT-Miner `-luck` do?
`-luck` only changes miner-side output and statistics. It does not switch your payout mode and does not enable solo mining by itself.
Why do I see 0 H/s after startup?
This usually means the miner is not connected to the pool yet, is still building the first kernel, or is waiting for work. Check the pool connection first if it does not recover.
Why are my shares rejected or stale?
Rejected or stale shares are usually caused by unstable overclocks, network latency, or a temporary connection problem between miner and pool.
How should I name my workers?
Use your wallet address as the login and add a worker name after a dot, for example `YOUR_WALLET.rig01`, so rigs appear separately in the pool view.
When should I contact support?
Contact support if your miner connects but never receives work, if payouts do not appear after the expected interval, or if pool stats look inconsistent for your address.
